Stanley J Smith

Following a sales, marketing and senior management career, Stan started his first business in 1982. By 1994 he had built and successfully sold three companies.

He was the lead consultant in the turnaround of a major north west based multiple retail business which was subsequently sold to a major PLC.

Stan is a member of The Professional Speakers Association and is co-author of the book The Pillars of Successful Management. He is also a non-executive and executive director of several companies.

Garry A Smith

Garry has extensive general business and management experience gained as a director of a national distribution company and businesses within the retail, service and wholesale sectors.

Specialising in innovative business finance solutions, he is a director of Century 2000 Services Ltd, and is managing director of Century 2000 Mortgages Ltd. And has other business interests.

Garry is CEMAP qualified, is an associate of The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, and member of The Professional Speakers Association.

Mark Bowen

Mark Bowen has over 20 years' experience in insolvency related matters.

Mark’s career began with the Official Receiver and then he enjoyed many years with Rabjohns Insolvency Services. Following stints at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery, Mark established mb-insolvency in order to use his wide ranging experience to provided a quality solution driven service on a friendly sensible basis.

Mark is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner having acquired his licence in 1995. Mark is a fellow of The Insolvency Practitioners Association, The Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Non Administrative Receivers Association.

Martine Henson

Martine has extensive administration experience gained at the sharp end of business and has held senior administration management and support roles in fashion retail, sign language interpretation and the legal domain.

Dedicated to maintaining client facing support services and the efficient operation of back office functions, she also holds a level one BSL qualification.
