Contract Funding
Working capital that works
Contract funding is a unique funding tool for businesses that provide an ongoing service to their customers. It is specifically for entrepreneurial or expanding organisations that benefit from strong management and good quality customers and it provides the ability to turn future income into working capital.
It is an innovative, patent pending business funding tool that originally took over a year to bring to the financial market place. Banking principles were explored and researched, the opinions of accountancy practices – including two of the top five – were sought and legal implications were studied. The aim was to create an accessible and flexible form of working capital funding for service-led enterprises that was easy to both set up and use. In achieving these goals a totally unique facility has been created. This is why it is Patent Pending. Century 2000 Services Ltd is a pioneering broker in the provision of this facility, working closely with the funder to provide seamless integration to our clients.
How it works
We quantify what your customer is going to spend with you over a certain amount of time. It is normally the amount of the total payments under a contract or perhaps based on a contracted minimum spend over a specific period of time.
After totalling up these payments – or accruals – you are paid the full amount less a single pre-determined fee. The funder will collect your customers’ payments.
The funder’s payment to you is made ‘up front’ and allows your business to roll out its service without the constraints of initial funding, collections, the risk of bad debt or customer bankruptcy.
There are no other ongoing interest or facility charges.
